ADVICE TO YOUNG MEN NEWLY EMPLOYED
The Amerix community has numerous opportunities for its followers.
The connections are always beneficial.
During the last Men's Assembly, I witnessed 3 young men being assured of instant employment.
Seeing jobless young men being given a new lease of life through these connections is amazing.
However, once these young men get the jobs, they vanish.
They never give feedback or bother to update their experiences.
Only for them to reappear later with sob stories of how they lost their jobs or conditions didn't favour them to continue. Therefore, they need me to connect them to any other available opportunities.
This kind of self-entitled attitude is so nauseating and repulsive.
I always block these kinds of people when they come to my inbox.
So, if you are a young man who has just been employed or has found a short contract, do the following:
Please don't blow it once you receive your first salary, payment or profit.
• Take 10% to church, mosque, charity, or any structured self-help group to support the weak, sick, needy or meek.
• Take 10% and give it to your parents – ( 60% to your Father and 40% to your mother). They can choose to blow it or pay your siblings' fees.
• Take 5% and give it to the person who connected you to the job. If it were contractual work, take 10% and give it to the person who connected you to the contract.
• Take 10% and save.
• Budget the rest (60%) for your expenses ( 35% pay your debts, 25% foot your bills).
This is on your FIRST SALARY or PAYMENT.
Don't receive the money, and the first thing in your head is a phone, a laptop and alcohol.
You will block future opportunities.
Don't say, "It is my money, I have worked for it, and I deserve all of it."
It is not your money. Nobody owns money.
Money is just an idea held in trust by a legal tender called currency.
Money is a system of mutual trust and shared belief, enabling cooperation among strangers.
Therefore, the most IMPORTANT things here are TRUST and COOPERATION.
What would it benefit you to pocket the money and lose the mutual trust and Cooperation?
Don't take this for granted.
Remember, the war is spiritual.
Win it at the spiritual level.
Stop sleeping,
Wake up!

BECAUSE I know women do not speak to pass information but to influence an outcome, I’ve got to listen to her with a third ear to catch on what she’s trying to influence to her favor… is it an excuse for not meeting expectations or is it shaking off family and friends from her back 🤔
There’s something I have learnt through the years about location of a business and the purchasing power!
I’ll use two known brands as an example.
Example 1: LC Waikiki
Branch(es): The Junction Mall, The Hub Karen and Two Rivers have items that aren’t available at the branch at Mombasa Road. I ever asked why I found some funny, old and out of fashion items at the Mombasa road branch and this is what I was whispered to. Most of the items are remainders (leftovers 🤣) from the branches in the high end areas. Even the prices were different.
Example 2: Carrefour
I’ll use an example of Carrefour Southfield Mall & the one at Sarit Centre or Junction Mall. For those who use online shopping, are items you’ll try to buy in bulk or more quantity in Southfield branch and not access them but when you try on the Sarit branch, they are available.
What am I trying to say.
When people have high purchasing power, they lean toward premium products.
When purchasing power is low, the game shifts to survival and affordability.
That’s why you’ll find different product and even quantities thriving in different neighborhoods, malls or supermarkets. Demand shapes supply. Sellers simply stock what their customers’ wallets can sustain.
Lesson: For any business, understand your target audience’s purchasing power. Don’t push luxury to survival buyers or basic goods to high-end spenders. Match the wallet and you’ll match the demand.

In our current state, where men and women are competing for the same income opportunities and Women ending up getting most of them,as a man you have no business cohabiting with a woman who is asking salon money and anga nail maintenance money from you. Mtu kama huyo mnafanya nini nayeye kusema ukweli, that is a person who is even stingy to herself. Is that your girlfriend or your adopted child.
The only money she should be asking from you is to purchase things that in one way or another help you both in that house. I think the only exemption here is if she is a stay at home wife. Kama anakaa nyumbani anakuchungia watoto ukirudi jioni chakula imeiva, underwear amepiga pasi ukitoka bafu unaipata ikiwa warm, hapo inaeleweka. Vijana wale hamjaoa msijaribu kuchukua majukumu sio yenu.
Msichana akikuitusha pesa mtumie namba ya baba yake. Akikuuliza 'Whats this Anto?" Mwambie hiyo ni namba ya baba yako mpigie akutumie pesa, amelegeza majukumu. Otherwise bobby mapesa alisema mtu kama hana pesa ya kujimaintain, achukue hii mbao anyoe kipara
