Brett Harrison, former head of FTX US, has made a long thread regarding FTX US and his time there.
In December, Unusual Whales spoke to SBF where he said tokenized shares of $AMC, $GME were backed 1:1.
Here is a video of Brett saying the same from Sept from a AMA with Reddit.
The SEC has proposed to rescind rule 611!
They want to remove the Last guardrail that individual investors have to protect the price they get when they trade.

🚨 Something is about to happen at the domestic box office that has never happened once in recorded history.
In the entire history of the domestic box office, only SIX quarters have ever had two films cross $400M:
📍Q2 2015 — Jurassic World / Age of Ultron
📍Q2 2018 — Infinity War / Incredibles 2
📍Q2 2022 — Top Gun: Maverick / Doctor Strange
📍Q4 2022 — Wakanda Forever / Avatar 2
📍Q4 2024 — Wicked / Moana 2
📍Q2 2025 — Minecraft / Lilo & Stitch
Every single one was Q2 or Q4.
Q3 has never done it.
Now look at right now.
🕷️ Spider-Man: Brand New Day just opened to $360M... the biggest domestic opening of all time, bigger than Endgame, and it did it without a single IMAX screen in North America (which are being added 8/7!)
🏛️ The Odyssey is already at ~$394M in 17 days and still sailing! IMAX 70mm screens are booked for months!
My current projections for the quarter:
Odyssey $580M
Spider-Man $855M Combined: $1.435 billion
The previous record top 2 in a quarter (Infinity War + Incredibles 2) was $1.098B
This doesn’t just break that record! It Hulk smashes it by 31%.
Here’s the part that's wilder still! At $580M, The Odyssey is the runner-up… and STILL outgrosses five of the six quarterly leaders above. A second-place film would post the third-biggest quarterly gross from this list and lead most quarters!
Then, at $855M in a single quarter, Spider-Man would rank #3 all-time for a full domestic run, behind only Force Awakens and Endgame.
In one quarter. Not a whole run (It'll add more $$ in Q4.) And if it hits $859M this q? It beats Endgame's entire run
And roughly 53% of that $1.435B is already banked, with 59 days still left on the calendar!
The industry just delivered the biggest weekend in North American history ($430M). AMC just posted its biggest 4 days ever!
The Odyssey ran 53% premium large format. Now IMAX begins showing Spider-Man too. Premium screens running at capacity back-to-back instead of fighting each other.
Movie culture just got rewritten in real time.
We are winning

AMC ENTERTAINMENT SHATTERS WEEKEND REVENUE RECORDS – SETS THE HIGHEST WEEKEND REVENUE MARK IN THE COMPANY’S 106-YEAR HISTORY
More than 10.2 million moviegoers attended AMC Theatres in the United States and ODEON Cinemas internationally from Wednesday through Sunday
AMC generated its highest total revenue ever for a single weekend, Wednesday through Sunday, including new records for admissions revenue and new records for food & beverage revenue
https://t.co/f3pG3iK5iT
This is your friendly neighborhood reminder that,
since #TheOdyssey has IMAX locked down…
#SpidermanBrandNewDay Dolby showings had abnormally high demand.
And…
In the US, AMC has basically 100% of Dolby premium screens.
AMC also has other large screen premium formats (at my AMC the GXL rooms have been PACKED)
AMC also has the most IMAX screens for those Odyssey showings.
All time record weekend for AMC?

Whoah
#SpidermanBrandNewDay tracking to the BIGGEST OPENING DAY OF ALL TIME
Projections of $167M
If you’re into decode in $amc / $gme you probably like that number too 😏
Comparing 2026 to 2025,
Will $amc improve...
EBITDA by $600M+ ?
Net Income by $500M+ ?
Free Cash Flow by $400M+ ?
All are on the table. No guarantees by any means, but in the realm of possibility.
Fwiw - I don't think these levels are priced into the stock (opinion)

Q3 AMC / Box Office UPDATE 🎥🎬
Minions and Moana both missed my forecasts by enough that I got conservative on the quarter
Then The Odyssey and Spider-Man showed up and went absolutely bananas
They’re so far over both the industry's and my numbers they’ve completely erased those misses and pushed us well into over-performance territory
Another fun quarter is locked in.
And $10 BILLION for the full year?
Looking more and more likely for the first time in seven years!!
I already told you full-year positive cash flows were coming… this just piles on even more conviction (and more cash!)
$amc
AMAZING.
S&P now says AMC will deliver full-year positive cash flow.
In my Nov/Dec videos, long before this, I laid out why 2026 would bring full-year positive cash flow for AMC, and that it would cap a combined 7-quarter positive run (Q2’25–Q4’26).
Yesterday S&P Global Ratings published the same view in their upgrade report: positive free cash flow (screenshot from their own publication).
While my Nov/Dec analysis was circulating, some of the larger “ape” accounts focused on cash burn, amplified fear, and launched a coordinated group attack on me that began with a lie.
The numbers, and now a major rating agency, keep confirming the path I called.
Track records matter.
Decide who you listen to: the voices that spread doubt and toxic lies, or the one whose calls keep landing.

THIS IS F*CKING DISTURBING!!!🤯
A leaked Anthropic document just came out in court. Their own words:
"Project Panama is our effort to destructively scan all the books in the world."
Next line: "We don't want it to be known that we are working on this."
They planned to shred every book on the planet, in secret. And they almost got away with it.
It starts with theft. Anthropic stole 7 MILLION books from pirate sites to train Claude, because their CEO said paying authors was too much of a "slog."
Then the lawsuits hit and they needed a legal way to keep going. So they hired the ex-head of Google Books and sent him to publishers to ask for permission. Publishers said no.
That's when they found the loophole.
Buy millions of real, physical books. Cut the spines off with a hydraulic blade, scan the loose pages, and throw what's left in recycling.
One vendor offered to destroy 2 MILLION books in 6 months. That's 11,000 books a day.
Now the insane part.. destroying the books is what made it legal.
If you scan a book and keep it, that's a crime. If you scan it and shred it, that's fair use. A judge actually approved this, which means the shredder WAS the legal strategy.
They still paid $1.5 billion for the stolen books, the biggest copyright settlement in history. Works out to $3,000 per book.
And the scans are locked in Anthropic's private library forever. Nobody outside the company will ever see them. The authors got a shredded book and nothing else.
The part I can't stop thinking about is that a book on a shelf lasts 500 years without power, wifi, or a subscription, and the AI it was destroyed for gets thrown away in 18 months.
They killed something permanent to feed something disposable.
You can’t imagine how proud I am of all of you, Apes. 🍿
Watching the movie industry break record after record…
Watching $AMC strengthen its balance sheet…
Watching S&P upgrade AMC and project a net cash position by 2027…
This is exactly why we fought.
Why we bought.
Why we held.
But the job isn’t done yet.

Standard & Poors Research Update:
AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. Upgraded To 'B-'
From 'CCC+' On Improved Operating Performance;
Outlook Stable
July 28, 2026
Rating Action Overview:
• AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.
reported record revenue and EBITDA in the second quarter
of 2026, reflecting continued momentum in the box office. S&P Global Ratings now believes the company has a path to generate sustained positive reported free cash flows.
• Therefore, we raised our issuer credit rating on AMC to ‘B-’ from ‘CCC+’.
• At the same time, we raised our issue-level rating on its $2 billion first-lien term loan to ‘B+’
from ‘B’, Muvico LLC secured notes and 7.5% AMC secured notes to ‘B-’ from ‘CCC+’, Odeon
first-lien term loan to ‘B’ from ‘B-’, and $112 million exchangeable notes to ‘CCC’ from ‘CCC-’.
• The stable outlook reflects our view that AMC will sustain improved operating performance
over the next 12 months, generate positive reported free cash flow in 2027, and maintain
adequate liquidity.
Shills love to add lease liabilities (future rent) to “debt” and inflate the sound of what a company has actually borrowed.
I explained yesterday how a company like Chipotle actually has ZERO dollars borrowed, yet that approach would have you saying they’re $5b in debt!
Additionally- shills never count the asset side of leases (“right of use”). Did you know AMC has nearly $3b in ASSETS from ROU on leases? Shills never quote that part.
I’ll be doing a series of financial education videos. Yesterday’s- how to account for leases and whether they are debt or not.

All hail Chris Nolan. As of weekend two in theatres, The Odyssey is now up to a media-reported $286 million domestic box office gross. And $640 million at the worldwide box office.
AMC’s IMAX screens had their all-time highest ever two weekend gross for a single movie title!
$AMC Barrow fee continues to climb new highs today 4%+ this hasn't budged in 2.5 years I have been watching it until the last few weeks.
With price pushing higher and fees up 7x at the same time only a clown would remain short.

First it was COVID.
Then it was the writers’ strike.
Short sellers celebrated. They laughed. They doubled down.
Fast forward just a few years…
• Record-breaking box office quarters.
• Record-breaking earnings.
• Debt refinanced, saving millions in interest.
• leverage ratios flipped - saving millions
• Cash continuing to compound.
And now…
Proposed legislation encouraging reinvestment in America’s movie theaters.
One by one, the headwinds are becoming tailwinds.
The narrative is changing.
It’s our time.
