A3: @GooseChaseEDU has been a great tool to allow students to work in groups, review content, and collaborate to earn points. Plus, a little competition can good in the classroom. #LCPSChats
A2: Our students so often learn from what they see. So, by trying to demonstrate proper digital citizenship skills to my students and talking about why it is important, I am showing how important it is in the world we live in today. #LCPSChats
A1: One lesson that I worked on with 4th grade this year was combining ELA, Content, and technology together by using @Flipgrid to create videos that showed what they learned through ELA and VA studies topics! It was so great to see student creating digitally! #LCPSChats
@NoTechHURDles A2: Google Calendar has been my lifeline this year to keep me organized between all of my different meetings, assignments, and projects! #LCPSchats
@NoTechHURDles A1: I have been able to test my true abilities as a teacher. I have figured out that I am more capable of adapting than I ever realized! #LCPSchats
A4: I have been working to successfully integrate technology into my music lessons and allow them to explore new potential careers in music! #LCPSchats
A3: I have been able to learn a lot through online conferences and webinars that I never would have been able to travel to or participate in any other year! #LCPSchats
A2: I have had to adapt my teaching by not having my classroom & pushing in on a cart. This has allowed me to adjust my thinking to allow Ss to use their chrome books for more memorable activities since I only see students about twice a month for music. #rollwithit#LCPSchats
@KStraley_ITRT@makeymakey It has a learning curve but is really fun! Iโve made a piano out of bananas, played the โTap tap revolutionโ game, and made a guitar out of cardboard and aluminum foil just to name a few.
A1: I would have to choose @makeymakey for the technology MVP award. While I havenโt been able to use it this year, my students have always remembered and talk about using it in my music room to this day! So engaging and interactive! #LCPSchats
@MrsAngieHarris@NoTechHURDles I love that you are integrating music into the lesson! It's so cool! I'm fascinated and would love to learn more about how you do it so we could try it at TJ!
