@ThreeUKSupport If you read my earlier replies then you would have understood that phoning 333 and selecting millions of option I end up in a queue and disselected after 20 min. I cannot do this all day long. I would like to speak to human as I am debited over £30 and I am not sure why

@ThreeUKSupport I have a contract with 3 but very frequently my Internet is not working. Cardiff Bay no Internet, Stanstead no Internet. I missed my flight because of it. Trying to phone support line. After 20 min in line I am then disconnected. I pay a lot for no service.
