But point in some directions. May not be relevant to a specific client.
So at any time clinical reasoning remains the key.

Systematic Reviews aren't on top of a stable pyramid.
They are frequently built on foundations of flawed, biased, underpowered, non-inclusive, non-diverse, poorly outcomed RCTs & case series. They provide a level of guidance & no more.
