🎾 Clinical trial in BMJ: MWMs + exercise outperform "wait and see" in the first 6 weeks and corticosteroid injections after 6 weeks. But watch out! After 6 weeks, corticosteroids may backfire with high recurrence rates. Be cautious in managing tennis elbow! 📚⚠️
