Team paged 03:32 on 16/6 to a yacht which had gone ashore nr Mullion Harbour. On arrival 2 occupants had abandoned the yacht and paddled their RIB to Mullion Harbour. We requested @LizardRNLI to recover the vessel.
The lifeboat crew towed the damaged yacht and it's crew to Newlyn
Team paged 18:11 to 4 people cut off at Lizard Point. On arrival @LizardRNLI were deploying their Y-boat.
This small boat was able to get close to the rocks and rescue the casualties in tricky conditions.
They were taken back to the Lifeboat Station and met by our team.
Team paged 12:15 to a dolphin washed up at Caerthillian Cove, Lizard.
The team provided location, injuries and pictures to the @BDMLR who attended.
Sadly the dolphin was too injured and malnourished to survive and a vet a was called to put the animal out of its suffering.
Another big leap forward for our team's capabilities: we are now carrying our own AED (defibrillator) in our vehicle.
Always having a defib with us saves us relying on community devices and can dramatically speed up how quickly we can help a casualty in need.
11.4.22 Our crew launched at 1.48pm to reports of a dog over the cliff at Kynance. Mullion & Porthoustock Coastguards also in attendance. With challenging conditions, RNLB Rose was stood down after no sign. @KynanceCoveCafe to the rescue a short time later. Luke & Rudy - HEREOS!
Team paged 15:52 on Tuesday 12/4/22 to reports of two paddle boarders in difficulty just outside Mullion Harbour.
Whilst en route the paddle boarders managed to get get into the harbour to safety. The team continued to the scene to carry out a welfare check before standing down.
Team paged 18:26 on Fri 25/03 to a female walker at Kynance Cove, Lizard who had fallen on the footpath.
The casualty sustained a head injury from the fall and was cold from the ground.
The team provided casualty care then carried the casualty to an ambulance for treatment.
Team paged 16:02 on 24/03 to a female who'd fallen from a horse and sustained sus back & neck injuries.
As we arrived on Rescue 924 were then landing, we assisted stabilising the casualty & carrying her to the helicopter for care. Thanks to Porthoustock CG for backing us up.
Team paged 14:40 on 25/02/22 to a male kayaker at Kennack Sands.
Whilst accessing the beach the kayaker capsized and was struck in the torso by another kayaker.
Along with Porthoustock Coastguard Rescue Team we carried him on a stretcher to an ambulance for treatment.

Team paged 00:53 on 03/11/21 to assist @DC_Police with a missing person search at Lizard point.
Whilst our search teams were setting out the casualty was found by police dog handlers. We assisted with first aid before transferring the casualty to @cornwallairamb for onward care.
Team paged 13:22 on 27/10 to Cadgwith Cove to reports of male having a seizure.
On scene the casualty had recovered well and basic care was given whilst awaiting the arrival of @cornwallairamb who carried out full assessment. Team left the casualty in the care of paramedics.
Team paged 0938, 2/10 to a call from Bass Point NCI that a walker went down a path & not returned nr Bass Point. We used ropes to get several views but couldn't see anyone in trouble. No persons were missing & no signs of distress were seen. False alarm made with good intentions.
Team paged 14:59 on 25/09/21 to a female who had fallen on the rocks and injured herself at Kennack Sands.
However, we were stood down en route as the casualty was able to take herself on to further care.

Team paged 15:15 on the 14/9 to assist Porthoustock CRT, with a female casualty who had fallen on the coastal path near Porthallow Cove. Due to the nature of injuries and tight location helo evac was required.
The casualty was taken to Derriford hospital for further assessment.

Team paged 16:47 to 4 persons cut off by the tide at Kynance Cove.
On scene we made visual to help guide the lifeboat in. All casualties were brought to the shore by @LizardRNLI to our Coastguard team for advice.

Team paged at 12pm to a female at Kynance Cove beach was suffering from major chest pains and finding it difficult to breathe. Casualty care was given and an assessment of the casualty was made. After stabilising we transported to ambulance for treatment.
Team paged 14:00 to a casualty at Cadgwith who'd fallen from the coastal steps onto the rocks. Initial assessment suggested suspected fractures to shoulder, ribs and hit her head with the fall. Casualty care was given before being stretchered to the road for ambulance treatment.
