Because the team acknowledged the setup during the season, said any action would be for next season, let us keep spending, then excluded us after the season ended.

And even their own stated enforcement does not hold:

- unmodified wallets were excluded
- other upgraded AGWs were paid
- 4+ ETH of expected payout was withheld
- ~$2k in VRF / infra losses were not refunded
- 32 ETH was deployed to compete

“Made whole” is false.

Decision was Retroactive, Selective and Unfair.
