@MultiQC has ~200 config options for customizing reports: renaming samples, reordering modules, dropping stats columns, tweaking plot defaults, and more.๐ But most users don't know what's possible, so we built a MultiQC Config Wizard.
Happy to say MultiQC v1.35 is out ๐
Headline feature: a MultiQC Config Wizard ๐งโโ๏ธ
Browse every config option with help text and examples, fill out a form with live validation, or paste your existing YAML and have it explained and checked.

Importance of being open!๐ One of the greatest strengths of @MultiQC is open source development. What started as a one-person project in 2015 has grown into a collaborative effort involving 235 contributors today.
This represents the true spirit of open science - researchers worldwide contributing to build something greater than any individual could create alone.
Such collaboration has been crucial to MultiQC's success, enabling support for an ever-expanding ecosystem of #bioinformatics tools.๐ Thank you to everyone who contributed.๐
