@amazon I am not able to travel to a post office due to my disability. They sent me an item with a broken light bulb after having to order this item twice because they lost it twice, making me wait over three weeks. Now I need to return the whole item for a broken light bulb.

@AmazonHelp In the City of @PhiladelphiaGov, we have to request a FULL COPY of the police report from the Department of Records. They charge a fee. Amazon has not indicated if they will reimburse me any expenses associated with their refusal to solve this issue.

@AmazonHelp I have filed a police report. I have provided the Attorney General replies email address at Amazon that information. You still sent me the SAME EMAIL that you KEEP sending over and over again asking to file a police report.
