@Dawn73Nigel@marklevinshow Normal people under federal prosecution would simply avoid addressing prosecuting witnesses at all, especially when told explicitly to do so.
@PilzPoppy@DianneCallaha16@marklevinshow Federal witnesses aren’t wolves. It is *against the law* for a defendant to intimidate testimony against him. When you’re under federal indictment, acting appropriately is not threatening to go after people who testify against you, and recognizing it’s a crime to do so.
@Sullie870125@marklevinshow He was indicted by a grand jury. Not Biden, not the DOJ, not a judge. A grand jury indicted him. Holy smokes, y’all. A jury *co-selected by Trump’s counsel* did NOT get together and conspire to make standing up for him illegal. 🤦♂️
@Keltic_Witch @marklevinshow @BarneyFrey “Corrupt” = not supporting Trump, in case anyone was confused. Anyone who isn’t a Trump supporter is “corrupt.” Or a Stalinist. Because everyone here definitely knows what Stalinism is.
@willisfx88 @marklevinshow@seanmdav What would be useful, do ya think? Disrupting a lawful judicial process? Maybe just installing Trump as king, doing away with the idea that anything he does is wrong on the basis that it’s him doing it?
Open to suggestions.
@PB5852359 @marklevinshow You’re going to have to show your work on that one. How is there “no such thing” as a citizen using violence or unlawful intimidation for political ends?
On the contrary; *most* terrorism is domestic.
@TheRifleman11@marklevinshow@seanmdav Someone please tell all these grandparents you don’t need an intelligence agency to see what someone posts publicly on social media.
Hitting a “follow” button isn’t espionage. 😅
@JERRYMAYUSA@marklevinshow Here’s hoping! All he has to do is not violate the ONE specific thing he isn’t allowed to do, and he won’t have to sit in jail. But come on—do we really think he has it in him to not threaten witnesses in his case?
@RjbRocklin@marklevinshow Congress doesn’t intervene in lawful legal proceedings. Whether you think Trump’s guilty or not, the proceeding has been lawful. One wonders what y’all expect Congress to do.
@cagrown5@marklevinshow If what she was posting got her devices seized by the FBI, she wasn’t posting mere political opinions.
Some speech isn’t protected, for VERY good reason… 😅
@lindahbarnes @new3_mc@Craftmastah@marklevinshow They can’t forget what they don’t know, and they get their news from a network whose hosts have testified under oath that they rarely if ever present any information that contradicts their narrative.
Read the Mark Meadows texts—Fox sure doesn’t want their audience to.
@TXNFirst1836@marklevinshow He isn’t under a specific court order not to. Schumer doesn’t have to abide by the *rules that govern federal defendants.*
This isn’t difficult.
