Placed an order on 21 Feb the product is still not shipped.

Escalation was done yday but your customer team told it will take 24-48 hours to respond to the escalation.

Not a single auto agrees to go towards Powai/Seepz from Mulund (W). Nothing on old/uber/rapido as well. @MumbaiPolice @MTPHereToHelp could you do some of your bit and start imposing fine for denying ride on auto walas or we working class have to suffer in Mumbai only.

@MTPHereToHelp Its starts from R mall (Mulund)on LBS road and till Kanjurmarg no auto agrees to go towards powai/seepz side. Its a nightmare to go, the traffic is already bad and auto wala not agreeing making it worse.
@mulund_info please share this atleast we should get something

@MumbaiPolice @MTPHereToHelp Not getting any auto from Mulund towards Powai/Andheri/Seepz this is daily morning routine. No auto available on @ola_supports @Uber_India @inDrive either. Auto wala says “Thane ka gadi hai”, in that case why are you driving in Mulund😑.
