This beautiful edifice is a facility not situated in Rt Hon Muktar Betara's @honbetara1 constituency but in Zaria which hundreds kilometres away from his constituency. This is what we call leadership and vision. @honbetara1#sharedprosperity#BetaraForSpeaker#Betara2023

It is alarming that Nigeria has more than 40thousand medical staff working for UK healthcare, and back home, over 90% of Nigerian doctors want to leave the country due to poor & unfair treatment by the government. Doctors are working hundred hours weekly and collapsing on duty due to stress with low pay. The same government officials destroying our healthcare are flying their families to the UK to get quality healthcare. We are yet to realize what bad governance is doing to us.
This girl kept pushing me to take her to Eric Kayser, but I told her I was broke and we should wait until the end of the month. Last Friday, she called and asked me to meet her there, so I naturally assumed she was paying.
We ordered our food, had a great time, and then the waiter brought the bill. She just kept scrolling through her phone. I told the waiter, “She’ll pay.” She looked at me and said, “Aren’t you the man? You’re supposed to pay?” I was genuinely shocked. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I borrowed money through OPay to settle the bill.
The moment I paid, my mood completely changed. She kept asking me, “What’s wrong? Why did your mood change?” I didn’t say a word. I stood up, went home, and blocked her.
This morning, I witnessed something that broke my heart, yet restored my faith in humanity.
I was at Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) with a loved one. We had been referred there last week and had an appointment with a consultant today at the Special Out Patient Department (SOPD).
When we arrived, I paid the consultation fee, and we were asked to wait. At first, only a handful of people were seated, but within moments, the waiting area was filled to capacity with patients and their caregivers.
The queue moved painfully slowly. Every now and then, an attendant would call the next patient’s name. You could hear quiet murmurs of frustration from some caregivers, while others simply sat in silence, watching their loved ones writhe in pain.
Before it got to our turn, a man who looked to be in his late forties walked in, visibly shaken. He looked exhausted, overwhelmed, and weighed down by a burden no one should have to carry.
This is enough to show that VDM is wrong for saying the North only produces beggars…
- Abubakar Tafawa Balewa — Nigeria’s first Prime Minister.
- Aliko Dangote — the richest Black man in the world.
- Amina J. Mohammed — the first Nigerian to serve as Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations.
- Ahmed Musa — Nigeria’s all-time top scorer at the FIFA World Cup.
With all these accomplished individuals, how can anyone say that Northern Nigeria only produces beggars? Such a statement is ignorant and completely disregards the contributions of Northerners to Nigeria and the world.
Allah commands that children be attributed to their biological fathers, regardless of whether the father fulfills his responsibilities.
﴿ادْعُوهُمْ لِآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِندَ اللَّهِ﴾
"Call them by [the names of] their fathers; that is more just in the sight of Allah." (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:5)
A father who refuses to provide for his child commits a serious sin and should be held accountable. However, his wrongdoing does not justify changing the child's lineage or knowingly attributing the child to another man, including the maternal grandfather.
The child's right to financial support and the child's right to preserve their true lineage are two separate matters. Islam protects both.
💔💔 Heartbreaking & totally unacceptable. Now this is a more important cause of justice we all should really around. Forget Debidoo and Rarara. Fight for justice.
What is the "Tawakkali" they're forcing on this woman? Hell NO! That's not it by any measure of Islam. Not when your child has been maltreated to death. You must seek for justice.
The St. Louis school should be shut down for immediate investigation. The senior students that punished Nihal to her death should face criminal charges for murder.

I’m pleased to announce that two sons of our great constituency have just secured employment through my office.
This is part of our commitment to create opportunities and reduce unemployment across Kontagora, Wushishi, Mariga & Mashegu Federal Constituency. While we continue
While Nigerians are busy focusing on Tinubu on insecurity. Yesterday, Senator Adams Oshiomole raised a motion in the senate demanding a probe into how the billions being allocated to security are being spent. He also demanded a probe to find out who commanded the security forces to be withdrawn moments prior to the Kebbi school kidnapping.
Guess what?
The Senators rejected the motion.
The evil senators we ignore and focus on Tinubu.
HOLD YOUR LAW MAKERS ACCOUNTABLE TOO!!!

Enough of the ignorance masquerading as criticism of Islam. Shariah is a divinely-guided system, not a tribal badge or ethnic preference. Those who dismiss it often lack understanding or twist their own “Muslim” identity to favour ethnicity or tribe over faith. The Qur’an commands:
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even if it be against yourselves, your parents, or your relatives…” (4:135). Faith transcends tribe, ethnicity, or personal convenience.
Imam At-Tirmidhi (3270) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) addressed the people on the day of the conquest of Makkah and said:
“O people, verily Allah has taken away from you the arrogance of Jaahiliyyah and its pride in forefathers. People are of two types: righteous and pious, who are dear to Allah, and doomed evildoers, who are insignificant before Allah. People are the descendants of Adam, and Allah created Adam from dust. Allah says: ‘O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted’ [Surah al-Hujuraat 49:13].”
Prioritising culture or lineage over God’s commands is not Islam, it is tribalism in disguise. Shariah is not arbitrary; it is rooted in justice, compassion, and societal well-being. Those who reduce it to oppression or “backwardness” are either ignorant or intentionally misleading. Islam has moral, ethical, and social frameworks comparable to any modern governance system. Today’s reality exposes the cost of tribal and ethnic bias: nepotism, corruption, division. These are condemned in Islam. “Do not let hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to piety.” (5:8).
To so-called "I am a Muslim too", but attack Shariah while elevating ethnicity: your allegiance is misplaced. Islam demands accountability to God’s law, not to family or tribe. “Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great success.” (33:71). Tribalism in Muslim societies today is weakening the moral and ethical fabric Islam seeks to protect. Respecting faith over lineage is a hard truth, but ignoring it invites hypocrisy and societal decay. You risk losing your faith if you truly had one and going into disbelief.
Critique Islam intelligently or seek knowledge first. But do not insult its wisdom while hiding behind ethnicity or misrepresented “faith.” The Prophet ﷺ warned: “Beware! Whosoever introduces into this matter of ours (Islam) something that does not belong to it, it will be rejected.” (Sahih Bukhari 2697). Shariah is the blueprint: justice, morality, equity, compassion, and accountability are non-negotiable. Those who argue otherwise without understanding only reveal their ignorance. The lesson is clear: faith over family, justice over prejudice, knowledge over opinion. Islam’s guidance is timeless; tribalism and ignorance are not. Choose wisely whom you follow.
They have started labeling Hausas bandits. Those of you who think this is about bandits or Fulani. They are slowly taking steps towards repeating another Uromi atrocity because as usual, it’s northerners so nobody will do anything. This is a dangerous trajectory that doesn’t end well.
Why Does the Tawaf Floor Remain Cool Despite the Scorching Hot Weather in Mecca...?
The floor where Tawaf is performed around the Ka'bah Sharif in Mecca Mukarramah is made of special white marble (White Marble)... this is not ordinary marble, but rather marble of exceptionally high quality selected specifically to absorb heat...
Main Materials Used:
Special White Marble (Thassos Marble)
This marble, imported from the island of Thassos in Greece, has dense pores that can absorb nighttime moisture and retain cool temperatures during the day, even in extreme weather...
Insulation Layer
A special insulation layer is installed beneath the marble... its function is to prevent heat from the ground from rising to the surface...
Strong Concrete Base
Strong concrete is poured beneath the floor to withstand the weight of millions of people... this makes the floor structure sturdy and durable.
Cooling System
Cooling pipes and air systems are installed at certain points underneath to keep the floor temperature controlled...
Special Feature:
When the outdoor temperature reaches above 45°C under the blazing sun, the marble floor in the Tawaf area still feels very cool, allowing people to perform Tawaf comfortably...
This is an extraordinary blessing from the House of Allah and a cool example of engineering ingenuity...

When insecurity was ravaging the North, some of your people conveniently politicized it as an Agenda by Northerners to strip the South of power, they even made reference that it was done to Former Pres Jonathan, then we asked, the prevalence of insecurity during Buhari, was it also by northern elites? Insecurity is a cancer that we must collectively root out. All hands must be on deck.
May our country prevail against its adversaries.
Dear @officialABAT@daudalawal_@Bellomatawalle1
These are your citizens that are being held by terrorists as a result of your failure as leaders. Ours is just to bring these your attention. Your Lord would judge you.
Dear Ethnic Jingoists,
Your data boy, the big mouthed @bosuntijani is MIA while kids longer in the hands of terrorists. I remember clearly when @ProfIsaPantami was the minister, same you queried & asked, where is Pantami in all these. It was justified to ask, but your silence now isn't justifiable.
The AI baby was only good in making noise, but can't do anything while in office.
But wait, which of Tinubu's ministers actually has done anything in office?
We’re back! 💪

When we say there’s no major kidnap that happens without the bandits receiving actionable information from their sources within the communities on the profile of the supposed victims, some crackheads come wailing ! Make we dey look ourselves and smile with the bandits in our midst and our communities.
UPDATE: The councillor of Jangebe Ward, Hon. Muslim Habibu Jangebe, and Jamilu Sani Jangebe, Director of Planning, Talata Mafara LGA, and Media Head of JIBWIS (Jos faction) in Jangebe, who were abducted during the bandit attack on their vehicle conveying Talata Mafara's Amirul Hajj to Gusau for Hajj preparations, have reportedly been killed by their captors.
The Amirul Hajj, popularly known as ARO Na Mafara, was also reportedly shot during the attack.
As bandits increasingly target public officials, religious figures and community leaders, what urgent measures are being taken to prevent such attacks and protect those serving vulnerable communities?
182 people, along with their chief priest of this town, have accepted the religion of Islam in the Northern Nigeria 🇳🇬
The chief has given us permission to build a MOSQUE for them because of their large numbers, and to station a teacher who will teach them the religion. We are looking for someone who will build a small MOSQUE for us and pay the teacher 50k every month for the sake of Allah.
Those who have the means, please help for the sake of Allah. Anyone who can do either of these two things should call us on this number.
There are many villages like this. We need help with HIJABS and clothing FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH.
