@British_Airways what is up with your systems today… you’ve changed API Info to my old passport, it won’t allow me or CC to update can’t change my password , When I try to reverts to an old email from about 12 years ago on my account. I fly tomorrow and can’t access anything!!!
@Dyson why do you design a product,Coralle, that can’t be service. A Dyson household but not now. I’m not buying a new one after initial cost of £400 and your CS dept Mgr won’t talk to me, offers a refurbished one which isn’t available . This isn’t innovation it’s exploitation

@premierinn shambolic service from Euston Premier Inn. Item lost and not handed into lost property. A promise from the Manager to refund a replacement and now they’re rescinding that offer. Poor providers, dreadful customer service
