The universe wants to rest, but it never will.
Hah...hahahaha....
Hahahahahahahahahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! AAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAH!
I want my woman to not have to make money at all and instead live on a pillowy cloud of luxury all day and I'm not kidding at all
I think a man is only as good as his woman is safe and happy
I am not saying they shouldn't work, but under no circumstance should they have to
Men prefer “traditional roles” by a 2-1 margin but also 73% of men want their wives to make as much money as they do, or more.
In other words “Even if she makes just as much money or more, she should still be responsible for the kids and housework.”
@JoeEsjay There will be a day that will be the last day I have sex. I can spend that day alone or with the woman of my dreams whose world I inhabit and shape and love.
@JoeEsjay If you want sex just for sex, what you're seeking is a physical release of dopamine, funny feelings in your legs and brain and dick.
That isn't what this is about at all. It's about being chosen. It's about sharing. It's about growing together.
@MyDiego526078@luisbaram The Pharmaceutical Industry can have a religious feeling to it because people rely on it and its blessings to survive day to day life. I can easily imagine people having and feeling great hope for planned or future surgeries, medications, treatments, because it's their life.
@MyDiego526078@luisbaram Look man, you just have to not take it personal. I don't. This isn't personal.
I may have projected a bit of my infinite disdain for Luis onto you, so I'm sorry for that--but I only sort of see where you're coming from.
@MyDiego526078@luisbaram There is truth to that. Anecdotally, I've met a few people who are sort of psychologically dependent on the hospital, the healthcare system, and medication. They feel like going to the hospital or receiving or taking medication is a highly positive, identifying experience.
@RealDianeYap This has nothing to do with "gender roles" btw and has everything to do with mutual spiritual growth and respect.
I might want my woman to think the very same of me. The bottom line is we each work hard to free one another from our shared spiritual bindings, pains, etc.
@MyDiego526078@luisbaram I gave you the wikipedia article--you can read about it yourself, dipshit.
In short, kind of. We obviously derive practical truths from psychology so it isn't just baseless bullshit. Social experiments reflect statistical biases in the behavior of groups.
@MyDiego526078@luisbaram I might be arguing that how these changes occur are incredibly different between science and religion.
In science, all you have to do change minds is to prove somebody wrong.
In religion, it's more of a hyperactive clusterfuck of competing spiritual whims, stories, and traditions
