Constitutional definitionThe U.S. Constitution (Article III, Section 3) strictly defines treason as only:Levying war against the United States, or
Adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
A conviction requires the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or a confession in open court. Congress sets the punishment (with limits against corruption of blood or forfeiture beyond the person’s lifetime).Treason cases are extremely rare in U.S. history. The death penalty is an available option but is not mandatory.
Every politician that votes to send foreign aid to any other nation while our country is falling apart is guilty of treason every politician that enabled the ndaa with section 219 should receive the maximum penalty for treason

Mark my words, our “friends” south of the border, really aren’t our friends.
In case you didn’t know, President Trump is cleaning out the BLM lands and shipping out all of the wild mustangs to South America.
So I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if some of that 660 million pounds of ground hamburger meat ends up have a few of those mustangs in it.
There were definitely a lot of other ways that Trump could’ve made things cheaper for Americans besides importing cheap imported beef.
From parasites to abscesses to antibiotics to hormones to who knows what, I would be very leery of buying hamburger meat, and it really should be labeled by its country of origin.
Americans have the right to know where their meat comes from and who to hold responsible if they get an accidental bite of cheval.
And YES, I did vote for Trump but that doesn’t mean I have to approve of everything he does because lately I do not.
What happened to Trump‘s proposals of taking away the fuel tax, especially on diesel, which would really help out the farmers and ranchers that he just sold out.
