Today something fascinating happened as i was clerking patient. A patient came in, after listening to the complains, i saw it as a complex case to manage. I explained the condition to him and what needed to be done and i told him that it above my level of knowledge.

The Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO), led by Secretary General George Gibore, has called for the closure of Ishiara Level 4 Hospital due to its dilapidated environment, poor condition, and lack of proper services. He said the hospital has very few staff, lacks equipment, and is failing to serve patients despite available health funds.

He also blamed county officials for misusing funds and said the hospital should be downgraded.
