On this day 2,025 years ago Jesus was born in a stable outside Bethlehem, now part of the Palestinian West Bank.
As Christians - we should do more to promote Jesus’ message of peace and non-violence: “Do to others as you would have them do to you.”
It’s a simple message that could help peoples of all faiths and ethnicities to live in peaceful and respectful coexistence.
Having now had a chance to watch the #IES presentation in full, I would say this.
Whilst Cap and Floor contracts are the most immediate high-impact update, it is clear that Invinity management expects numerous deals in the coming months.
Their confidence comes from the clear competitive advantage Endurium now has over lithium-ion for numerous applications where, at the very least, fire or permitting risks are a risk. But they are also now hitting the mark on cost.
I call that a tipping point.
One intriguing market is the US.
We were told this on 5th May.
"The Company continues to progress numerous initiatives to scale up Invinity's global manufacturing capacity, including the establishment of a U.S. manufacturing facility later this year."
The company website gives more details, with "more than 1GWh" of production capacity stated. So they aren't starting small.
In the call, we were told that this production will be announced once sufficient US projects have been signed to warrant it. How much of the 1GWh do they need to do that isn't clear, but the confidence that these projects are coming is clearly very high and plans for US production later this year strongly indicate that Invinity expects to be announcing deals soon.
Thursday morning, an Israeli airstrike struck the home of Mona Khalil in Mansouri, South of Lebanon. The home itself was modest. But what it sheltered was extraordinary.
For decades, while many spoke about protecting nature, Mona lived that commitment every single day. From her small house overlooking the sea, she became the guardian of a coastline, the protector of countless sea turtles, and a voice for creatures that could not speak for themselves.
She chose to stay. She stayed through uncertainty, through fear, through danger. She stayed because the beach she watched over was not just a stretch of sand. It was a sanctuary. A place of life. A place worth defending.
Mona was seriously injured and her assistant suffered burns. Both are thankfully in stable condition. Yet the tragedy goes far beyond their wounds.
With war reaching a woman whose life’s mission has been to protect life, something deeper is injured, a part of our humanity is wounded. Violence does not distinguish between a fighter and a conservationist, between a military position and a nest of endangered turtles, between those who destroy and those who dedicate their lives to preserving.
Mona Khalil spent years protecting one of Lebanon’s most fragile treasures. Today, it is Mona who needs protection. And perhaps the greatest tribute we can pay her is to ensure that her courage, her mission, and her love for this land survive long after the smoke has cleared ❤️🇱🇧

@tobysomeoneb@false9fanatic Your second sentence is on point.
But very few Ipswich fans seem to get that.
He definitely wants to prove he can keep them up.
After that he will have ambitions of competing for top half and top six.
When he moves. It will be to a top four club. Preferably Man Utd.
The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began.
The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start.
Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have.
If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.
@irishelt@ultras_antifaa@Sendthanx Well said lad. Celtic would be very lucky to get one of the most promising young managers in Europe. But if Robbie was ever thinking of taking up Celtic job he surely must be having second thoughts now.
@PolarityRadio David the overwhelming mood across Europe is that Israel and US actions in Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon and Iran are out of all proportion. If you want to know what moderate Israelis think sign up to @haaretzcom Approx $20 a month
Israeli policy is murdering medical workers; doctors, nurses, ambulances crews/1st responders.
No nation on earth has ever done this.
They do it whilst armed and supported by the UK/US/EU.
Meanwhile highlight it and you'll be called antisemitic.
To be fair I distinctly remember Joe talking about a future Battery Management System way back in December of 2023 a few months after the DoE announcement. It was one Sunday evenings when you were in testing the iPhone 1. I remember an image you posted of a cube with batteries and wires all over the place… Those were difficult and challenging times for us all. But we are still here. 😁
@EosLongBat@JordanSolace You’re right, we don’t know for sure. But we do know that Cerberus (Frontier Power UK) must be sufficiently convinced by Invinity to have them at the heart of their UK Cap and Floor strategy.
🇮🇱🇱🇧 WHAT THE FUCK! Apparently, an IDF drone struck paramedics MID-RESCUE in southern Lebanon.
Rescue workers rushing to help injured civilians get hit again while treating the wounded.
Unbelievable.
@thejefflutz Jeff the view from Europe and Asia is that the current global energy crisis is due to the unlawful aggression of President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. As Pope Leo has said the war inflicted on Iran is not a just war.
@dmottco Just found this post today on May 21. It’s funny I didn’t realise it was written months ago. I agree with the thrust of your thesis that the getting the base manufacturing building blocks has to be done right. It’s the foundation for future success and growth.
