In #Kismayo, parents, caregivers, youth, and elders came together for a powerful Parent & Caregiver Awareness Campaign and Intergenerational Community Dialogue on harmful social norms because we believe real conversations driving real change.
Through the #IMPACT project co-funded by @EU_in_Somalia , as @adra_somali we are improving access to quality #TVET education and empowering young people with practical skills for today’s job market
Through the #PROTECT-S Project funded by @ADRANederland , we trained teachers, head teachers, and school staff on preventing and responding to School-Related Gender-Based Violence, strengthening safety in learning spaces.
We all believe education saves lives in emergencies. Therefore with support from @eu_echo , we continue with our #EiE interventions that always prioritize inclusive education and keep girls learning despite displacement, insecurity, and hardship.

In #Kismayo young people took the lead through an inter-school debate, sharing powerful voices and solutions, while parents and caregivers engaged in discussions on positive parenting and creating safer learning environments.

1/1 Earlier today together with our partners @SaveChildrenSO, @Concern and @FENPS04 we kicked off the Start-Up Workshop for the ECW–MYRP II Project in Mogadishu, marking an important step towards strengthening access to safe, inclusive, and quality education for Somali children
