The U.S is not bringing in $700 billion to your country, it’s rather coming to take. The only money they are going to invest in this is just a few millions to settle interest here and there and acquire machinery. If you are lucky, Nigeria gets to retain up 10% of the total wealth, otherwise, they are taking everything.
