It is deeply unfortunate that even after five years, Umar Khalid has neither been granted bail nor seen any progress in his trial. Despite no evidence being produced,he cannot seek bail for another year. Five of his co-accused have been granted bail. Congrats to their families.

Europe’s first hospitals & libraries were inspired by Islamic madrasas.
🧠 They taught free thinking, debate, and innovation.
Madrasas helped create the intellectual foundations of the modern world.

If every faith has the right to administer its affairs, why are Muslims being singled out ???

The #WaqfAct is not about land grabbing—it's about preserving centuries-old religious endowments that serve the poor, orphans, and the needy. Protecting Waqf land = protecting community welfare.

The interim decision of the Supreme Court in the last hearing was an important step to protect Waqf properties, however, until all the government amendments are withdrawn, our struggle will continue. Because all the amendments proposed by the government are controversial and against the interests of Muslims. We hope that the Supreme Court will completely stop this unconstitutional and undemocratic Waqf Amendment Act, 2025 and bring justice!

The #WaqfAct is a necessary safeguard for India’s diverse communities. Just as temple lands are protected, Waqf properties deserve the same legal protection to serve the public good.

The #WaqfAct upholds a constitutional right—equality under the law. It ensures that all religious communities can protect their charitable assets fairly and transparently.

Waqf lands aren’t just for religious use—they fund schools, hospitals, and community welfare projects. The #WaqfAct ensures these resources are used as intended, not exploited.

Dismissing the #WaqfAct as “land politics” ignores the truth: it’s about protecting charity. Waqf is meant for the voiceless—orphans, widows, and the poor. Let’s not politicize compassion.
