I'm hosting #OTalk tomorrow evening at 8pm and I'd love it if you could join!
We'll be looking at #Creativity and what makes a 'good' intervention 🤔
How do our OT values help define what 'good' means? What does 'good' mean for service users?
Working in the GLAM community sector in galleries, libraries, archives and museums--the evidence base is growing for Occupational Therapists supporting people's participation in meaningful occupations. Social engagement combats loneliness and isolation.
Our food bank will be open on Monday as usual. This is not disrespect but a necessity, those relying on food banks don’t chose what days when they need help. They are an important service for those in crisis in absence of an incompetent goverment.
@lorfongra @Dr_Ellie Trust me, some doctors are very far from professional. Chronic Illness patients have often met alot of HCPs and they have a right to want some autonomy over who gets to influence their health.
Owami Davies is still missing.
The police suggest she could very much be anywhere at the moment.
Can we please ramp up pressure to find her in Local communities and in mainstream media.
Enough isn’t being done at the moment 🤦🏽♂️ treat it as if she is family.

@Catcei Think about how you want to use it - networking/learning/sharing
Be you - share your perspectives and thoughts too.
Remember code of conduct works here too - don't say anything online you wouldn't say IRL
Enjoy it!
🚨 New data released today shows that disabled people are among the worst affected by the cost-of-living crisis.
On food, on energy and on transport, disabled people are more likely to be cutting back than the general population.
Why is that? 🤔 1/7
