Some girls miss school due to lack of sanitary pads in schools, they end up dropping out of school and in turn may lead to early marriages and teenage pregnancies. This makes hard to achieve some of the sustainable development goals that is goal number three.

Menstruation is automatic and can't be controlled/stopped from happening whereas sexual intercourse can be controlled.
If @GovUganda can provide free condoms to the people, I think considering providing sanitary pads to the girls and women can be a good
