Many indian residents were NRIs in the past or may have remitted money overseas previously . They don’t bring money back home because it’s hard to send out . We should create Window for new remittances in to be fully repatriable if invested in equities

My suggestion for the delhi Gymkhana matter. They should pay give 500 crores per year as rent for the land which they easily generate by selling 250 life memberships for 2 crores each annually . This way they can pay 10000 crores
