I am a Premier customer and have been trying to close all my banking relationships with HSBC since 18 May. Despite multiple emails and follow ups, the issue remains unresolved.
If this is not addressed by 19 June, I will be escalating the matter to @RBI for assistance.

Two months you are able to open a GIFTcity a/c.
I was complaining from last 5 days, Nothing has been done. Not a single call/email from your side. Now I am thinking to move my NRI/NRO a/c to somewhere else.

Day 4: @ICICIBank – Got the same email again, though I replied on Day 2 with my number & details. Call to my Indian number failed. Also sent same info via DM. Seems like opening or not opening an a/c doesn’t really matter to you.
