@livvy_haisman@wizzair@wizzair is just HORRIBLE! They misplaced my friend's baggage in Abu Dhabi a month back(she was traveling Rome to Abu Dhabi via Wizz air, then had Indigo flight to take from Abu Dhabi to India), they've still not sent the baggage to her nor are they giving proper answers!
What the Fuck is going on @etihad@wizzair !! Both the customer cares @EtihadHelp on twitter DMs & @AskWIZZ Live agents competing with each other in giving the most ridiculous responses after mishandling the baggage & not returning it A MONTH LATER! Absolute pieces of 💩💩💩
@EtihadHelp its been a month since my friend took ur flight from Abu Dhabi to Coimbatore & she hasnt yet received her luggage or proper redressal of issue despite multiple calls to u & @AUH.her initial flight was frm Rome to Abu Dhabi with @wizzair ! Tis is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING
@AskWIZZ There's no call center in India and the response i got via live chat was unsatisfactory 🙄 the luggage has been missing since 1 month and the resolution of it has been ridiculously pathetic so far
