It appears that Mr. Shellenberger hasn’t seen “Musk,” so here are some facts from the actual film:

        - Musk made claims related to the election that could be understood to suggest that he was interfering.
        - Musk mentions the lasers in space.
         - Musk discusses unleashing the “anomaly in the matrix.” When Ashley texts him that she would ask more but doesn’t want to be deposed:
         - Musk texts back “very wise.” 

Did Musk interfere in the election or was he lying to someone he was in love with? We don’t know. Gibney reported, the audience can decide.

Does your film claim that Elon Musk used "space lasers" to rig the 2024 election for Trump? If so, what's the evidence for that?

NPR on September 11 reported, "While most of Gibney's film is rooted in solid facts, he does dabble in conspiratorial thinking in the scene about the 'lasers in space,' and later in the film when he raises the specter of Musk using DOGE data to somehow interfere in the November midterms, another idea without any evidence."
