“Eventually, I moved on, not out of choice but out of self-preservation.More like erasing the blackboard -how pigments of chalk still remain when you wipe the blackboard. After multiple wipes, it fades away.But it doesn’t render the blackboard useless in the meanwhile” @jnkhyati

When I was 13, our society gym prohibited people under 18 from entering the gym. Naturally, my friends and I would sneak in to run on the treadmill and lift weights.

Now, my parents wake me up every morning at 9 to go to the gym and guess who absolutely disgusts that idea :)

@AkhilKushwaha15 Not anymore they’re not. Infact they’re appreciated for their EQ

My brother returned from London today, and my dad who typically doesnt come early from work even for his own birthday magically developed knee pain early evening. Coincidence much?
Why can’t Indian parents just accept that they can be emotional too?

Indigo is literally squeezing out every penny they can out of their quasi-monopoly in India. TL;DR - flight diverted, ₹22k refund promised on ground but later denied @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

@chutki_man We have an option to do it for two terms and graduate with a MiM from exchange uni!

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

Pune -> Ahmedabad -> Gurgaon -> Pune -> Ahmedabad -> Pune -> Paris -> Ahmedabad -> Pune -> Mumbai (soon)

I’ve packed my life up in 3 suitcases so many times in the last two years, it’s starting to feel hollow.

I’m low-key tired of moving - just let me be in one place, build a life, watch Netflix on weekends. Spend all my day with one person. I’m tired of change. Here we go again. Gurgaon you were good :’|

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

Step 1: Spend an entire day writing your very first blog
Step 2: Muster courage to publish said blog
Step 3: Overthink about how if by anychance your future recruiters read it, it could hamper your career progression
Step 4: Delete blog
Step 5: Frantically search for blog

I moved to another country, and my homemaker mom finally has a life. She has a friend circle, is training to be a yoga teacher, goes for dance lessons. Makes me wonder if I was the problem all along? :'|

Its also annoying to not be able to talk to at any & every point in the day

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

@wannabe_olaf Ouch.

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

From Shahrukh Khan saying, "Ham ek baar jeete hai, ek baar marte hai, aur shadi, shadi bhi ek hi baar karte hai" to Ranbir saying, "Ek baar hi kiya to yaaron pyaar kya kiya. Pyaar hota hota kayi baar hai" we have really come a long way. 🥲

To,
Whoever cancelled their ticket last moment for the Harry Potter Studio tomorow,

THANK YOU SO MUCH. THIS IS A CHILDHOOD DREAM COME TRUE.

PS: I can't sleep. HELP.

Putting yourself out of your comfort zone is so romanticised. No. I don’t want to move to a new country with completely new people. I want to go on walks with my friends, sit in a room listening to music. And just be.

Listening to "Agar tum mil jaao, zamana chod denge ham" and getting nobody's name in the mind is a different level of single-hood

[Muskan Taneja @Muskan2510]

Forget phone numbers, I can still spell my South Indian ex’s surname right. 🤓

Thing about diving right into people is all emotions are heightened - the joy, the hurt, the emptiness when they leave. 30 minutes until I never get to be on IIMA campus with my closest friend ever again. kmn?
