A consultant billing ₹60 lakh a year can legally pay tax on just ₹30 lakh. No expense bills, no books, no audit. That is Section 44ADA, and most independent professionals either don't know it exists or don't know its limits.

🔶If you're a doctor, lawyer, CA, architect, engineer, IT consultant or designer earning professional fees, the law assumes half your receipts were spent earning them and taxes only the rest:
🔹 No books of account, no bills to preserve
🔹 No tax audit (when declaring at presumptive rate)
🔹 ITR-4 instead of ITR-3, and advance tax in one instalment instead of four

But the 50% assumption cuts both ways. If you genuinely spend more than half your fees on rent, staff, software and travel, the regular route may tax you less.

Note: The limit is ₹50 lakh normally, or up to ₹75 lakh if cash receipts do not exceed 5% of total receipts. And once you opt out after using it, Section 44ADA(4) implications may apply regarding books and audit.

Aspirants who clear all exams on the first attempt after Class 12 can qualify as a CA in approximately 4.5 to 5 years, thanks to recent ICAI reforms that shortened training periods.

The qualification process involves three stages: CA Foundation (4 months, 4 papers), CA Intermediate (8 months, 6 papers across two groups, plus IT and Soft Skills training), and CA Final (6 papers).

The CA Final can only be attempted after completing a mandatory two-year articleship with a registered CA firm, which provides crucial real-world experience and includes a monthly stipend, along with advanced training.

मैंने गरीबी देखी है, पैसे की तंगी की वजह से मैं पढ़ नही पाया इसीलिए मैंने स्कूल्स बनवाये हैं ताकि लोग पढ़ पाए,मेरे पास जूते नही थे, मैं बिना जूतों के खेलता था,अच्छे कपड़े नही थे, खाने को नही था । मैं भूखे पेट प्रैक्टिस करने को मजबूर होता था I मेरे पास इतने पैसे नहीं थे कि मै स्टेडियम जा सकूं तो मैने स्टेडियम बनवाए ताकि कोई भी गरीब बच्चा बिना पैसे के भी स्टेडियम में प्रैक्टिस कर सके।
आज मुझे इतना कुछ मिला है तो मैं उसका दिखावा करने के बजाए मैं उसे अपने लोगों के साथ बांटना चाहता हूं ।

सादिओ माने सेनेगल (पश्चिम अफ्रीका ) से हैं और अपने देश के लोगों के लिए काफी कुछ कर रहे हैं...! उन्होंने गरीबो के लिए कई स्कूल बनवाये, गरीब बच्चों को खेल कूद के लिए स्टेडियम बनवाते है उन्हें खेल सामग्री उपलब्ध करवाते है, जूते कपडे दिलवाते है अच्छा पौष्टिक खाना उपलब्ध करवाते है ताकि कोई भी गरीब बच्चा पैसों के अभाव में खेलना बंद न करे I और खुद टूटे फ़ोन का इस्तेमाल करते हैं I

ये एक सीख है, एक पाठ है, जो उन्होंने दुनिया को पढ़ाया..! एक हम हैं फालतू में दिखावे और ऐंठ में जी रहे हैं..!!
