فلاح محمد المدادحه، المعروف بلقب فلاح باشا

هو أحد أعمدة التأسيس السياسي والإداري في الدولة الأردنية الحديثة.

وُلد عام 1900 في مدينة الكرك، وكرّس حياته في خدمة الوطن حتى وفاته عام 1965.

تخرّج من مدارس إسطنبول خلال الحكم العثماني، ثم واصل دراسته في بيروت والقدس، ليبدأ مسيرته في الإدارة والعدل.

شغل مناصب وزارية بارزة في عهد ثلاثة ملوك: عبد الله الأول، طلال، والحسين بن طلال، وكان وزيرًا للداخلية، والعدلية، والدفاع، والأشغال، لمرات متعددة.

في عام 1949، عُين واليًا للقدس وحاكمًا إداريًا عامًا لفلسطين بعد توقيع الهدنة، وساهم في تثبيت الأمن والنظام في الضفة الغربية.

كان عضوًا في لجنة صياغة الدستور الأردني لعام 1952، وحرص على أن ينص الدستور على استقلال القضاء، والحريات العامة، وفصل السلطات.

من أبرز مواقفه الوطنية، تنفيذ قرار تعريب قيادة الجيش العربي عام 1956، حيث رافق بنفسه كلوب باشا إلى مطار عمّان، منهياً النفوذ البريطاني في الجيش.

في عام 1957، وخلال إعلان الأحكام العرفية، تولّى منصب الحاكم العسكري العام، وكان حريصًا على فرض الأمن دون المساس بالحريات الأساسية للمواطنين.

عُرف بصلابته واحترامه للعادات، وكان يرفض استقبال أي مواطن في مكتبه وهو مكشوف الرأس، متمسكًا بالهيبة والتقاليد.

بقي عضوًا في مجلس الأعيان حتى وفاته، وكان له مداخلات قوية تدافع عن حرية الصحافة واستقلال البرلمان.

رُوي عنه أنه كان إذا دخل المجلس، دخل الوقار، وإذا تكلم، صمت الجميع.

حقاً، ليس كلُّ من جلس على كرسيٍّ يقال له 'رجل دولة' .. استوقفني تصريح رئيس سلطة إقليم البتراء حول 'حفل البتراء الماجن'، وتبريره بأن الحفل كان ناجحاً ويساهم في دعم السياحة .. تذكرتُ على الفور الزعيم فلاح باشا المدادحة، وزير الداخلية في خمسينيات القرن المنصرم؛ ذاك الرجل الغنيّ عن التعريف، الصارم الحازم، رجل الدولة الحقيقي.
و​تذكرتُ قصته الشهيرة حين جاءه مجموعة من الأشخاص ومعهم 'مضبطة' لترخيص ملهى ليلي في إحدى المناطق، فقام بختمها بطريقةٍ مهينة، رافضاً الطلب، وقال قولته الشهيرة التي صارت مثلاً يُضرب إلى يومنا هذا: 'هيك مضبطة بدها هيك ختم' ..!

@dutweets 23 minutes on a call trying to report a network issue and the respectable agent kept refusing to log a complaint. In those same 23 minutes I repeated my request to speak to senior manager without any luck. Is this the benefit of being a premium customer ?
