@Safaricom_Care He conned me out of KES 25000, and provided me with a fake Wells Fargo waybill as proof the suitcase has been shipped, but I never received and he’s refusing to return my money.

I have the mpesa transaction confirmation provided above as evidence

I paid KES 25,000 via M-Pesa for 3 Delsey suitcases. I was given a 1yr old Fargo Courier receipt, and never received the suitcase, and the seller is refusing to refund me.
