They laid out the parts of the chicken like the breast, tender, and rib meat as if there’s a purposeful blend of all 3 to make the nuggets, when there’s no control over the ratio, you get what you get from the trimming process. Nuggets transform the waste from the trimming and deboning process into a product.
It’s not that they can’t properly cut a chicken, they’re doing the correct process which is the separate the bone and cartilage from the breast and tenders. You’re inherently going to leave some meat on the trimmed cartilage and bones and the nuggets are a way to recover that. The name of the game in meat processing is yield (lbs out/lbs in).
Without showing what the meat actually looks like before going into the machine, they are purposefully misleading the viewers.
