Either they are incapable to solve or no intention to solve, (may be something else)

It has been observed that the concerned authorities are not taking water complaints seriously, they close complnt without attending.
This is not good since it will damage people's faith on you and without their cooperation it is difficult to achieve your goals.

From society perspective, we are tryng to improve drinking water availability from our end, BUT when we see the authorities unresponsive behavior, esply @phedhry, @cmohry, @mygovharyana, that really hurts.

I registered a complain to @phedhry about the contamination of water they are supplying to us, no action has been taken even after 2 days. Its a matter of health and safety of citizens, should have prompt action. @cmohry could you please help us.

I think @phedhry should educate employees to understand and act honestly. they even don't know that my complaint was about impure drinking water, but they put comment that water supply has been restored and recommended to close the complaint @phedhry

@askflydubai @askflydubai I am very sorry that ur people are not making any efforts to follow up my delay claim. It seems they r simply waiting for me to become tired and leave it. It is not going to help u, u should follow ur guidelines. Perhaps I made a mistake chosing @flydubai.
