Okay, everyone, grab a drink and settle in. This one’s wild. Meet #Gunther Eagleman” — the 1.6 million-follower “America First” Texas dad who says he’s a former cop, a successful businessman, a patriot, and a truth-teller.

1. He Got Paid by Russia to Push Kremlin Talking Points:
The DOJ just indicted “Tenet Media,”fake “conservative” outlet that was actually a Russian influence op. They funneled $10M to U.S. influencers to spread anti-Ukraine, pro-Putin propaganda.  

‼️Gunther was on the payroll.

He got “tens of thousands” in “ad revenue” (his words).  
After the indictment dropped, he deleted dozens of pro-Russia posts and claims he “had no idea.”  
Sure, Gunther. And I had no idea my ex was cheating. 🙄  

2. He Was Fired from the Police Department:
2019: Sworn in as Officer David J. Freeman at  Harker Heights PD, in Texas.  
2022: GONE

Official reason: “Violating internal policies and procedures.”  
Gunther says: “I resigned.”  
Department says: “LOL—No, you didn’t.”

Word on the street? His extreme MAGA tweets under became a liability. Too much heat, too many complaints.  

So the “Back the Blue” guy got kicked off the force for being too radical.

- Eagle Plastics LLC → Started 2019, forfeited 2022 by Texas Comptroller. 
- Freeman Fabrication LLC → Started 2020, vanished after 2021 — no filings, no trace.

Website bragged: “Veteran-owned. Texas tough. Custom tanks for oil, water, chem.”
- He’s never served in the military— Not a day.  
- Customers paid deposits — never got their tanks.  
- Google reviews: 2.0 stars. One customer claiming—“Took $3k, ghosted me.”  
- Phone? Disconnected.  
- Website? 404 Not Found. 

He couldn’t deliver a plastic tank… but wants to convince us Trump knows how to run the country. 🤡 

4. He Got Swatted — And Played Victim March 2025: Someone calls 911, claims a hostage situation at his house.  
SWAT rolls in, guns drawn. Kids terrified.  
Gunther: “Leftist terrorists! They’re coming for patriots!”

Jack Smith team approved $20k payment to informant to snitch on Trump team during Arctic Frost probe

Then-Special Counsel Jack Smith's office approved paying $20,000 in 2023 to a confidential human source for information in the controversial FBI investigation code-named Arctic Frost that probed efforts by President Donald Trump and his followers to contest the 2020 election results, according to documents obtained by Just the News.

The revelation is included in a tranche of new memos that FBI Director Kash Patel turned over to Congress this week that provide more clarity on the tactics and scope of the inquiry that agents and prosecutors used to try to build a case that Trump, his lawyers and allies had violated the law by attempting to offer the Senate alternate electors ahead of the certification of the 2020 election results that put Joe Biden into office.

Patel told Just the News that the bombshell revelation of paid snitch was the latest evidence that the Arctic Frost probe was an “egregious abuse of power and violation of the law.”

The records reveal multiple efforts by FBI supervisors to make Trump himself a "subject" of the probe, an idea that was ultimately rejected, their reliance on information in liberal media outlets to build the case as well as the sheer magnitude of major Trump figures whose phone or email records were exploited by the FBI for possible evidence of wrongdoing.

The new revelations include that the FBI obtained email records from nearly 150 figures in Trump world and that they analyzed phone data, not just on nine allies of Trump in Congress, but also on his lawyers and some of his outside advisers, like prominent TV host Steve Bannon.

Bannon's name was included in a list of at least 16 Trump associates whose long-distance phone call records were analyzed by the FBI for evidence that also included Trump's former campaign manager Bill Stepien, personal lawyers Sidney Powell, Jenne Ellis and Cleta Mitchell and the late former NYPD Commissioner Bernie Kerik, who led a team of investigators probing irregularities in the 2020 election.

One memo also showed that in addition to Trump's and Vice President Mike Pence's personal cell phones, which Just the News previously reported were obtained, the FBI also analyzed the phone calls from "more than 50 White House-issued cell phones."

But the biggest bombshell in the latest document was the revelation that the FBI had an informant that Smith's office approved for compensation for the dirt he or she shared with the FBI.

An electronic communication "documents prosecutorial approval, in the form of emailed concurrence from Counselor to the Special Counsel Raymond Hulser on 06/02/2023, of a payment for information in the amount of $20,000.00 to [name redacted] for information provided in support of captioned investigation," one memo reads.

"The payment was discussed by Raymond Hulser and Assistant Special Counsel Julia Gegenheimer with Special Counsel Jack Smith," the memo added.

The memos showed the chain of approval with an FBI agent who wrote to Smith's office on June 2, 2023.

"As discussed, request your office's concurrence in our proposed payment of $20,000 for CHS' provision of information in support of the investigation," the agent wrote.

Hulser wrote back succinctly, "Concur, thank you."

Patel told Just the News that the release of the documents were part of a larger effort by the FBI to ensure all evidence of law-enforcement  and weaponization is made public and given to congressional oversight committees after years of it being withheld or hidden under past directors.

"Under my leadership, the FBI is producing documents at record speed to get the facts straight to the American people. What occurred in the Arctic Frost matter was an egregious abuse of power and violation of the law. This FBI is committed to restoring accountability and public trust," he said.

Two former Trump lawyers whose phone records were taken called the revelations disturbing and an interference in the ability of lawyers to represent their clients.

“When the government targets private citizens just for representing Donald Trump, they’re blatantly ignoring the Fourth Amendment," Ellis said. "Jack Smith’s Arctic Frost operation crossed a constitutional red line, and everyone involved should be held accountable."

Ellis and Mitchell called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to immediately investigate the new documents.

“To learn that the Biden Regime used confidential informants to invade the election integrity movement that I have been leading for the past 5 years is absolutely shocking," she said. "But it  is hardly surprising. The Biden Regime from Biden on down via Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray and Jack Smith demonstrated over and over their disdain for the Constitution and the protections it affords to citizens.

"As a private citizen, and an election lawyer, I have been dedicated to honest elections for my entire career," she added. "To think that these evil Biden cronies were intent upon spying on me, my colleagues and associates because of my concerns about the 2020 election and the election system - having no predicate whatsoever of criminal acts on my part is grounds for investigating each of them."
