One of my main takeaways from reading all this “Cornell 7” stuff is wondering wtf is actually happening at our universities? This is Cornell, one of the most prestigious universities in the country. You would expect people here to be some of the smartest students in the country and therefore avoid doing stupid things like taking drugs and getting intoxicated. But instead, we see rampant degeneracy like this here and all across the country. This type of stuff happens ALL THE TIME at schools with significantly higher acceptance rates (think SEC schools, ASU, Miami).
Who ever thought it was a good idea to put a much of unsupervised teenage boys and girls together with almost no responsibilities? Do people really think these teenagers just go to class, study and do nothing else? Many students nowadays go to college for the “experience” rather than to get an actual education they’ll use in the real world. Of course many of them are going to become complete degenerates in this type of environment.
The current college system needs a complete overhaul. Here’s a couple steps on how to fix it:
- Completely remove women from attending college. Or at a minimum, separate out men’s colleges and women’s colleges.
- Remove all the majors and classes that are a complete waste of time. I’m thinking communications, sports management, media studies, gender studies, business, etc. Instead, only keep majors that are actually intelligently demanding and require further education, like engineering, law, and medicine. This will make it so that only the students that actually go to college to study end up attending.
In general, we need to stop treating college as the “best 4 years of your life.” It’s not. The best years of your life will happen when you honor the Lord and live to glorify Him.
Three of the “Cornell 7” never even touched her by her own account so not “half a dozen”
She agreed at every juncture, everytime she disagreed they stopped, and when she said she was tired they called it a night and ended it
What percentage of people actually read whole news articles instead of just the headlines? It’s gotta be less than 1%. If people actually read it, they would know this girl is a lying b***h that’s ruining these guys’ lives for no reason
We have HER texts now
Do you ladies text your “rapist” after the rape and say you wanna smoke with your rapist again????
I mean, you won’t block your rapist so it makes sense
@DiscussingFilm Half the reason the original Ted series was funny was because it was live-action. You had real life humans interacting with a realistic looking talking bear. This just completely ruins it and makes it look like a Family Guy ripoff
Dante Moore could be starting for the Jets right now but instead he stayed at Oregon and now:
-They lost to a bad Oklahoma State team
-He received a brutal hit and could be out for the season
When you have the chance to be a top pick in the NFL, just go. College is way too chaotic to be worth it to stay
@jubjubislife@CFBTalkDaily He still had time to react and avoid the direct hit. He also had no remorse- he celebrated after the play and on the sideline
