Well epic fail on trying for 100lbs on my bench. Got it off the bar and downbut couldn’t get it back up :( at least I tried and it still didn’t bust my confidence. I’ll get it next time!
Also yesterday’s bench with slingshot. 2x10 at 85% my first time ever using a slingshot and its amazing! I’m really starting to love benching. I can see and feel my improvements! #gymlife#girlswholift#powerlifting#training#muscles#fitness
@niicolegust Don’t be embarrassed! I was too when I could only do the bar too! But just do as many reps as you can and I promise you’ll get better and be able to lift more!
When the owner of your gym watches you deadlift, then compliments you!! 😍😍😍 I now have a new goal and that is to enter a competition this fall!! Whether I win or lose doesn’t matter as long as i accomplish the goal!! 💪🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
