The issue is that the “title” (ie Miss, Mr) box has a glitch and doesn’t populate and it won’t let you buy the ticket until you have selected a title.

Yesterday I tried to buy a ticket on the app. I couldn’t. On web, couldn’t. As a guest. Couldn’t. Gave up.

Tried again today, £2 more expensive but still couldn’t.
Phoned - and he said he can’t do it either(!)

He said it was the same prices

It isn’t - it’s 69p more expensive.

So so far, because your ticket system doesn’t work it has cost me £2.69 more.

When your system doesn’t work you should cancel the gap in price between online and ticket office.

Don’t order Eat The Bird through @Deliveroo… they have a problem with the “Bundle” option. They gave us a refund but for the part they didn’t deliver but had bought with a discount and the refund mean we ended up paying full price on the other meal they had delivered.

They also didn’t refund the percentage of the service charge for the meal they didn’t deliver.

They also didn’t refund the delivery charge. We only paid the delivery charge because we were getting two meals. It wouldn’t have been cost effective to get just one meal delivered (because of the delivery charge).

At 21 I had already had many jobs and places like Burger King knew these laws well and always made sure I got the legal 20 minutes break after six hours work.

But my manager in my office job didn’t appear to know/care.
