I have never faced such issues with Yatra before, but this has been a very disappointing experience!

@Yatra_Care I had already contacted customer service on 17th December regarding the refund amount, as only ₹9,705 was credited whereas IndiGo had refunded ₹11,978. When I spoke to customer support, I was informed that the difference amount would also be refunded.
