Neurodiversity
This painting project is to represent the everlasting neurodiversity. As an autistic person, I want to spread my message to the world, knowing that we matter and that we are human.
@ErgoComix Saying I have nothing to do with the subject while having nothing to do with the subject yourself. But hey, I shouldn't expect too much from an author who has yet to realize after almost 2 years his comic isn't showing correctly on his website. And yeah, that's serious...
@DerpyProto@DigBipper188 Called out by you, who's not able to defend his claims. Also, it's interesting how you fail to notice that you're also attacking @DigBipper188. Anyhow, continue to cry in your lonely corner.
@DerpyProto@DigBipper188 You have used IQ, age, ethnicity, and even using Bluesky to try and attack me. What's next, disability? Besides, you were the one who messaged me, not the other way around.
As for your precedent claim: https://t.co/kmunguJKBG
@DigBipper188@DerpyProto And in case you need me to say it: Yes, there are creators who could use fair use as a defense in this situation. They're just not the ones who get the (most) attention of the vocal majority. If they would be the ones highlighted, things would have been different.
@DigBipper188@DerpyProto That's the whole irony of this all. Most people choose to try and defend a creator that isn't able to hide behind fair use. It's the same as applies to several others who get highlighted among this situation. It's so overly clear that it's just ridiculous...
Jumping in with some context. DMCA takedowns cover any media on the platform, including Community posts. When a rights owner submits a valid legal request, we’re legally required to act.
Note, not all removals lead to a strike and creators always have dispute options. If a creator believes their post was removed by mistake or qualifies as fair use or fair dealing, they can submit a counter notification or reach out directly to the claimant to request a retraction.
@DerpyProto Can you even be serious at all? Also, you might have wanted to read a few lines onward, as it is stated when fair use applies it's not infringement, while it's also stated that it needs further determining whether a particular case is a fair use.
@DerpyProto If commentary on a video is fair use, as that's what you seem to be claiming, open the URL you've provided and screenshot where it says so. It's not that hard...
@333Renar97161@broly9211@VIZMedia It would be very expensive, though. I am not sure on the American pricing, as I am European myself, but I would expect it to be around 10 thousand USD per episode. Anime is among the more expensive types of licensable content.
@Lunaremerald@NicholasLightTV@TeamYouTube@VIZMedia It's not a person. Eric Green is the CEO of Remove Your Media. It's also not abuse of the system, as they act in name of Viz Media, the rights holder. Feel free to verify, this is all public information regardless.
@333Renar97161@broly9211@VIZMedia@WatchNebula Hopefully this is clearer: Fair use is good, as long as commercial usage would be forbidden. If YouTube would remove monetization for creators and just paid copyright holders, creators could use copyrighted content without restriction. That's how I would support fair use.
