My counterparty provided the requested screen recording showing communication with the sender of the 7,319 USDT. The sender who transferred the USDT from Trust Wallet also contacted Binance and provided the requested information. Despite this, your team has continued introducing additional requirements without explaining how they are relevant to my account or why they justify the continued restriction of my funds.

I have provided legitimate evidence demonstrating that my transaction was a genuine business transaction. My counterparty has also provided legitimate proof of the source and purpose of the funds involved. At this stage, I have not been given any clear legal or compliance reason for continuing to withhold my funds.

The continued restriction of my account and the withholding of 10,655.3701 USDT have caused significant financial loss and disruption to my business operations. I have acted in good faith at every stage of this process, yet Binance has failed to provide a clear explanation or a reasonable timeline for resolving this matter.

Accordingly, this letter serves as formal notice that unless my funds are released immediately or Binance provides a lawful and detailed justification for continuing to hold them within a reasonable time, I will instruct legal counsel to commence legal proceedings against Binance to recover my funds and seek any other remedies available under the applicable law.

This notice is not made lightly. I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably. However, I cannot continue to accept indefinite delays while every request made by your team has been satisfied and new requirements continue to be introduced without justification.

I therefore demand that Binance:

1. Immediately release my funds; or
2. Provide a detailed written explanation of the legal and compliance basis for the continued restriction, including the specific outstanding issue and a definite timeline for resolution.

If Binance fails to resolve this matter promptly, I will proceed with legal action without further notice and will seek recovery of my funds together with any damages, costs, and other relief available under the law.
