It was the answers given to me in the LokSabha that revealed the #MANF is been cancelled. The reasons @smritiirani stated for it in the doc are invalid and shall be revisit. @MOMAIndia shall listen to the concerns of minority sections. #ReinstateMANF is a necessity of the hour.

On one hand government and department of science and technology is planning to increase the fellowship amount, on the other hand @MOMAIndia is scrapping a fellowship which is meant for especially minority communities who are really backward in higher education.
