@AdamSchefter@SoftliSEA Good.
He got a soft "celebrity sentence" anyway...regular folks zooming down a city street at airplane takeoff velocity would have gotten a much stiffer sentence.
That woman burned to death, screaming every second before she died.
This pic is his victim in her burning car...
@Skeazmon@AdamSchefter Nope.
Ruggs was telling everyone before he came to the NFL, the story of his best friend in college who died because of drunk driving?
So, he was already bringing "awareness" to the issue. The problem is that it was all talk.
His playing football didn't help his own awareness.
@ItsMikeHill Fix told on himself.
He admitted he thought he "could outrun him" to the basket, despite his ankle injury and O.G. being a top defender AND 6inches taller.
No one on Earth thought he would win that. Fox's job as the veteran was to put a halt to the meltdown...not keep it going.
@mngop Meanwhile at your convention, a convicted murderer gets a moment of silence as if he were a war hero.
Well, perhaps he is; the GOP loves a war against Black people.
OK, the racist who offered the motion is just one person, but how can you explain A MAJORITY voted "Aye" in favor??
@HQNewsNow Emmit Till's murderer would have been celebrated by the Minnesota GOP, too.
After all the mistakes the Democrats did in Minnesota, the GOP in that state went out of their way to ruin any chance of capitalizing on that.
Who was the delegate that offered that motion, @mngop?
