@EE trying to sort a replacement sim out which isn’t working “straight away” as you suggest. Can’t get through to anyone on your helpline. Can’t sort it out ourselves as the mobile number you are trying to send a code to can’t receive it because the sim isn’t working. Help?

Just not really acceptable. For such a big order, not received it even though it was supposed to be due a week after your issues. Can’t even go into store to get the bits as it’ll take a few days to get the refund. Just frustrating
