@WLBT People leave for more money and better opportunities. Jackson has issues but a lot of this is PAY. They recently wanted to increase pay but it was shot down before making it to the floor. MS pay hasn’t increased in over 10 yrs and yet I’m sure others pay have increased.

@WLBT @WLBT Yes those cities do well but let’s also discuss that the surrounding cities PAY more. Our min wage is laughable but rents have increased, food, and everything else. I’m not justifying any of this foolishness in the city but I am saying could you HONESTLY make it on min wage
