I agree re-minting of coins from burns should be stopped. But I do not agree to whitelisting any wallets from paying taxes.

@Dev936854 @SlitzkiR @VegasMorph If I remember correctly Binance reduced its burn tax percentage as punishment because @VegasMorph and his Terra Rebels crew at the time took advantage and had a percentage of the burned #lunc reminted for their own benefit.

@Chot4a A reverse split of all unstaked #lunc would be a better alternative because this can be decided by the #lunccommunity in governance vote. Most validators would support this unless they don't care about the $lunc community.
