-R-flibbering is three frames slower
-Ike's warp chafe is now a soft dodge
-Pichu recovers for four frames after his upflap
-Quicker dinkouts
-Wavedogging is completely gone
-Mewtwo's down+A now waggles
-Mario wears a dress
