@MediacomSupport so now the estimate for restoration of Internet in Valdosta is 9/12. My Internet went out at 9:05 am on 8/30. In this day and age, internet being out for 13 days, nearly 4 full weeks is unconscionable
@Jay2800447919@yodaxl7@MediacomSupport Unfortunately not available in our area. At my address at least. There's a waitlist though. Probably take less time to get up and running with TMobile than it's taking for Mediacom to fix our Internet
@RobertHubbard6@yodaxl7@MediacomSupport Another told me that they were waiting for debris removal people and power companies to "release" them to work on things. Seems like it can't be both
@RobertHubbard6@yodaxl7@MediacomSupport A support person told me "I assure you technicians are working around the clock to restore your service to your area even if you are not seeing them in your area" when I said I had not seen anyone working on things. I guess they're invisible then
@forcedesign@MediacomSupport Completely. And when I send them a "DM" as requested, I get an initial response with no reply following. I'm beyond frustrated by this extremely poor service
@Rjspencer221@MediacomSupport Welp, it's 9/8 at 11.17 pm central (so 9/9 for us in eastern time) for a new estimate now. So so long to load anything at all
@Rjspencer221@MediacomSupport Not to be cynical, but that "working towards it" is telling to me. The estimated times and dates have moved several times, which also does not inspire confidence
@MediacomSupport@JuristDoctor And it's extra infuriating that we're directed to a website when it's nearly impossible to access due to no Internet and limited cell service. And that website directs customers to this Twitter account anyway
