I am a hard working citizen. I moved to AT&T after being with T-mobile over 5 years. I traded in a device and was told after paying for 6 months the device will be unlocked and the price of the trade in would be reflected on account and they have just been taking my money ! @ATT

@ATT couldn’t give me a direct response as to why I am not seeing a break on these charges they told me the person who serviced me was fired and they can’t find the records! I need answers and solutions or I will be filing a motion.

@ATT I am extremely appalled at the service I receive here. I been with them over a year and they have falsely advertised to get me to switch from TMobile and just have been taking my money each and every month with no explanation. I am overcharged and overwhelmed!
