@Plusnet Calls with your support always end the same way "Oh I'm sorry, but we're escalating your case to level 2!". The same level they apparently escalated to last time.

It's so exhausting dealing with you and openreach, how can you both be so disorganised.

@Plusnet Been waiting over 6 months now for a fibre install. Finally had the work done outside only for an engineer to come on install day and claim the previous team didn't do their job properly.

Why is it so difficult for you to your job? This is ridiculous.

@WeAreOpenreach So there is no way to raise complaints with Openreach directly? The fact your engineers have such poor communication with eachother is astounding.

@WeAreOpenreach Been waiting 6 months for fibre to be installed, finally had engineers over to do the works outside. Now the engineer to fit my box has left saying the previous team messed up.

Seriously how can Openreach be so incompetent.

@WeAreOpenreach Oh great, so yet more useless calls with Plusnet support who will raise my issue to Level 2 another 10 times.

Is there seriously nothing Openreach can do? It's ludicrous that I have been without my order for this long.
