The Trump administration’s reaction to and leadership on the #Coronavirus will make or break his re-election. This isn’t a political issue but it will turn into one really fast if he doesn’t treat it with the gravest of concern. This could literally be his presidency’s 9/11.
I am not the alarmist type but I have a good sense for when something is going to be really really bad or really important to pay attention to. I wrote the below far before the world shut down. I am now at that point with recent AI revelations.

Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib: “The political structures that we are surrounded by were built on slavery and genocide and oppression. Look at this room, motherf******. We aren’t going anywhere. Now we’re in Congress and every corner of the United States.”
I personally didn’t like Biden family profiting off of the office. Obamas have obviously done quite well after office. But this is straight galling. Curious if the same people yelling about Hunter are yelling about this too.
We badly need a wave of competent, non-ideological people running for office at every level of government in 2026. Serious people with experience and maturity who won’t do stupid things. Back to basics. Our country needs to ditch the WWE entertainment politics. It’s killing us.
Mea culpa: I was way too complacent about Trump's political strength/durability. I really believed his appeal would largely be limited to MAGA, particularly after 1/6, his numerous serious crimes, a year of campaigning on overt authoritarian threats, and (especially) the Biden pro-labor/industrial policy agenda. Whether it's the trauma of covid and its aftermath, or something systemic about Dems on economy/immigration/cultural issues, or the info environment's inability to handle the Trump/MAGA disinfo challenge, or some combination of all those things, whatever happens in this election, it's pretty clear that this confidence was badly misplaced. If he wins, as now looks likely, it's gonna get ugly, I fear.

Trump acknowledges that the winner may not be known tonight.
“No, maybe it’ll be later” than tonight.
Asked again whether he sees a world in which he won’t be able to declare victory tonight because of ballot counting: “Yes…”
For some reason, I have been thinking about this moment a lot today.
It's from John McCain in 2008 at a town hall.
The woman begins to espouse conspiracy theories about Barack Obama's nationality.
He immediately shuts it down.
"No ma'am. He's a decent family man."
Ah the ol finger wants Don, but knuckle wants Kam trick. I think I finally understand the MAGA sentiment. I’d like to make America great again and go back to a time when people were not BRAINWASHED WITH THIS INSANITY. JFC.
Another machine automatically switching to Kamala Harris after voter picked Donald Trump this time in Arkansas.
I want paper ballots!
Thank you to the people filming these machines switching.
Keep filming, keep reporting, and KEEP VOTING!!!
